Well, nuts! At last, I've been done online. Standing in between railway destinations, with a ticket that covers only the first half of my journey, my credit card is refused as I try to purchase a second ticket. Denied! Calling my bank I am eventually informed that I need to call number blah blah blah where after many false starts I am informed that I must cut up my cards as I have been a victim of identify fraud - again! No apology, moreover I am supposed to be grateful that the perpetrators have been stopped. My credit card number has been cloned online and some numpty has been shopping on it. "When will my new card be delivered?" I ask. "7-8 days" I am sympatheticaly informed. It was a very long walk home. Here I am commenting on my own story….Is that allowed? Well, nuts!
