In her capacity as director of a tenants management company my wife this week sent one of the tenants (a late thirties professional, male) an email requesting him to enter his name into a legal document that was attached to the email in the relevant gap in the first sentence: I, ………….. the undersigned, can certify that etc.
He replied that he could not get his computer to write his name over the dots so could he have a printed copy that he would fill in by hand!! Stop the world he needs to get off!
