Seeing Ghost Writers
I’ve just had a lunch with one of my dear friends in the PR industry.
Unlike previous occasions, she made her excuses and left at 3PM. Normally the last memory would have been an illegible signature on a screwed up receipt tumbling to the floor of Soho House and an expense claim that the VAT man may have raised an un-plucked eyebrow at.
Which all leaves me in a fit state to comment on her bit of gossip that certain senior members of our industry are using PR agencies to write their personal blogs. Shame on them!
We all know Charles Dunstone is at it, but for those of us who preach the power of the user generated word, surely we should put our own keyboards where our mouths are…
